Full form of CWC is Central Warehousing Corporation

Central Warehousing Corporation is an Indian government enterprise classified as a Mini Ratna public sector unit (PSU). CWC was established in 1962 under 'The warehousing corporation act'. The headquarter of CWC is at "Warehousing Bhawan" 4/1 Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi, India.

CWC provides logistical support to the agriculture sector and several other private sector clients. As of 31st Dec, 2019 CWC operates a total of 415 warehouses across India and has a storage capacity of 10.14 Million Tonnes. The different services provided by CWC include: Storage, ICD/CFS Services, Bond Facility, Air Cargo Operations, Container Train Operations, Integrated Check Post Terminal, Intermediate Godown, Pest Control Services, Farmers Extension Services, Tariff and Rebate, Vacant Storage Space, Temperature Controlled Warehouses
