Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund is an emergency fund used for granting relief to deserving families and individuals affected by natural disasters or loss of life of relatives due to accidents or for medical treatment for major diseases. Both, Indian and international individuals and organizations can contributions to the fund. Accepted payment modes include Bank transfer, UPI transfer, Cheque, and Demand drafts. Indian individuals can also get tax-benefit on contributions by downloading and submitting 80G certificate.
